Warranty:
We are dedicated to provide you products that are free from defects at the time they are sold. The customer is responsible for testing the product(s) for their intended use. Best Signage cannot be held responsible for the customer’s inability to use the product(s) purchased. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the products sold, provided it can be determined that they were defective at the time they were sold. Best Signage can not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind as a result of the use, or inability to use our products.

Pricing:
We are committed to provide you the highest quality signage and display products at very competitive prices. Prices contained in this website are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Freight :
Orders for items in stock are normally shipped within 24 hours. Custom orders usually take longer, depending on the type of product, availability of material, delivery time, size, etc. You will be notified if there is a change in delivery time. We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. If, however, your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the packing slip and obtain an inspection report from the shipping company immediately. Best Signage is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping. If item(s) is/are declared lost by the shipping company, we will investigate the matter right away and reship the order as soon as possible once the issue is resolved. Most products will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). You may choose either ground or 2nd Day Air delivery service options. If an item requires special freight and or crating, we will notify you prior to shipping.

Products:
Best Signage reserves the right to change the specifications of its stock products without notice.

Custom Orders:
Best Signage reserves the right to over or under ship custom products by 10% and adjust invoicing accordingly, unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing.

Minimum Order:
For most products there is no minimum order.

Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, Master card and Money Orders. Net 30 day terms with approved credit are acceptable. We do not accept C.O.D.and personal checks.

Trademarks/Copyright:
Best Signage respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.

Returns:
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with every order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us immediately and report the reason for returning merchandise. We will supply you with a return authorization number and will mark your account for a replacement item or credit, minus shipping fees. Packages returned without authorization will be refused. Stock items can be returned but are subjected to a restocking fee of 25%. Please note that Custom Orders cannot be returned.

Cancellations:
Once an order is placed it goes immediately into production. Therefore, custom orders may be subject to cancellation charges if design and or any production has begun. Stock items can be cancelled if they have not been shipped.

Shortages:
Product quantities are counted prior to shipping. In case of shortages, claims must be made within 5 working days from the date received. Claims made after 5 days will not be accepted.
